Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document. All defined terms carry the same meaning whether used in singular or plural form.

• "8k81," "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 8k81.cam, including all games, services, and features made available therein.
• "You," "Player," or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 8k81 platform or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the 8k81 platform to access gaming products and services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a Player's 8k81 account wallet, including deposited funds and credited winnings, but excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's account by 8k81.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified number of times Bonus Funds or a stated amount must be wagered before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" refers to the specific rules governing individual games available on the 8k81 platform, as displayed within each respective game.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the 8k81 platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" refers to all laws, statutes, regulations, directives, and ordinances of the Philippines that govern online gaming and gambling activities.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or in any way using the 8k81 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any supplementary policies published by 8k81, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and individual Game Rules.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8k81 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 8k81 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 8k81 platform and participation in any form of real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Proof of age and identity will be required during the account verification process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 8k81 or any of its associated game providers, payment processors, or software suppliers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or voluntarily self-excluded from the 8k81 platform or any other gaming platform operating under the same or affiliated licensure.

8k81 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Philippine postal ID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — at any time and for any reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8k81 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 8k81 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account.

8k81 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 8k81 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. 8k81 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

You must notify 8k81 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspected compromise of, your account. 8k81 may suspend your account as a precautionary measure while investigating such reports.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

8k81 accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), Instapay, PESONet, and select cryptocurrency networks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the Cashier section of your account and may change from time to time.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. 8k81 reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion that deposited funds were obtained through fraud, unauthorized use of payment accounts, or criminal activity. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable method-specific limits. 8k81 processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 10–60 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours during Philippine banking hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods, system maintenance, or additional verification requirements.

8k81 reserves the right to conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities. During EDD review, withdrawal processing may be delayed. Players will be notified and requested to cooperate with the verification process.

5.3 Currency

8k81 transacts in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All account balances, game bets, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in PHP. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

8k81 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be detailed in the applicable promotion's terms at the time of offer. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• Bonuses are valid for one use per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional wallet and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the real money wallet.
• Unless otherwise stated, a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount applies to all welcome bonuses.
• 8k81 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with or without prior notice, except where doing so would retroactively disadvantage players who have already met the promotion's conditions.
• 8k81 shall not award bonuses to players who are registered under the self-exclusion program or have set active deposit limits that conflict with the bonus terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion between players, use of automated betting software, exploiting software errors, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the 8k81 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live-streaming technology with real physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are logged in real-time and stored securely for auditing purposes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game round, 8k81 reserves the right to void the affected bet. Where possible, the system will restore the game session to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. 8k81 shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

8k81 applies a maximum single-bet win cap of ₱5,000,000 per transaction across all game categories unless higher limits are specifically approved for VIP account holders. Winnings that would exceed this cap will be paid out in multiple scheduled installments at 8k81's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k81 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorization.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or tools to perform actions on the platform, including automated betting, data scraping, or account creation.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or 8k81 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of software errors will be voided.
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputes with payment providers while maintaining an 8k81 account balance.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including the resale of game credits, accounts, or winnings to third parties.
• Communicating abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise inappropriate messages through the platform's live chat or customer support channels.

Responsible Gaming

8k81 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players engage in gaming as a form of entertainment, problem gambling can affect some individuals. We provide the following tools and resources to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that appear after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily suspend their account for a minimum of 72 hours or up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

All content on the 8k81 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, interface design, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of 8k81 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8k81 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, display, perform, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from 8k81.

Any unauthorized use of 8k81's intellectual property will result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8k81 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 8k81 platform.

8k81's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your 8k81 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱50,000, whichever is lower.

The 8k81 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, freedom from viruses, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Privacy & Data Protection

8k81 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the 8k81 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8k81 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your data is stored securely, accessed only by authorized personnel, and never sold to third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing transaction data with payment processors).

Suspension & Termination

8k81 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or collusion strategies.
• Non-cooperation with identity or source-of-funds verification requests.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, 8k81 reserves the right to withhold and/or confiscate any funds in the account pending investigation. Legitimate real-money funds (excluding Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after investigation is complete and no breach is confirmed. You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support; any remaining verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

8k81 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the effective date of the changes.

Continued use of the 8k81 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 8k81 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 8k81 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 8k81's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
